The moment I entered this small hotel, I felt great. It is very clean and tidy, the rooms are really comfortable and the staff is super friendly. The kitchen is excellent, I had delicious breakfasts (with my favorite chocolate crunchy muesli) and tried one of the best asparagus soups (Spargelkremsuppe) of my life...really! :) Even though I am not a sauna person, it was really nice to chill in the modern sauna after having been rained on the entire day. One more positive thing: in many hotels, the pressure of the shower stream is set to really low - not here! It was like giving myself a massage...||||Just before staying at Zum Schweizer, I spent a night in another hotel in Inzell (Bavaria), for pretty much the same price. One could play the difference on a piano, as they say :). There it was rather run-down, shabby and dark rooms - here, at Schweizer, everything was shining, fresh.||||I would also like to thank the personal for some of the extras (which, by the way, were not charged for): as my clothes were completely wet due to the heavy rain, they cleaned these beautifully - what...

If you arranged your stay in Gasthof Zum Schweizer, your stay will include the very interesting regional Salzburger/Saalachtal - touristcard which provides you with many reductions on these trips and other excursions. Even the âskiliftâ trip to the âmittelstationâ of the Loferer Alm is free (you save âŹ11 per person)||The Gasthof, well to be short: very clean, friendly service, good food (half pension) and all that for a very, very...
