Flax Italy Rankweil — Restaurant in Marktgemeinde Rankweil

Had dinner at Flax Italy in Rankweil and really enjoyed it. The pizza was excellent, and the staff were super accommodating, I asked for ricotta cheese on my pizza, and they happily made it just the way I wanted.

The tiramisu was the cherry on top, perfectly creamy and the best way to end the meal. Great food, great service, and a lovely dining experience overall.

We went there with family on Sunday (restaurant at 25% capacity). We like the food in there. This time we found the staff to be very unfriendly and very slow. The 1st food arrived after 25 mins from ordering with the last one 40 minutes (my 3 year old daughter had to wait 40 minutes for a bowl of pre-cooked pasta). The quality of burgers is lower and patties taste like they are made...

War auch schon besser. Der Laden hat definitiv an Qualität verloren. Die Pizza ist nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Ich nehme meistens das gleiche Essen aber jedes mal schmeckt es anders resp. hat andere Zutaten, was ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen kann. Wir haben auch schon mal knapp eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl der Laden nicht voll war und wir nicht zu den typischen "Abendessen" Zeiten dort waren. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Info gar nichts. Der Tisch nebenan hatte an diesem Tag auch ein falsches Essen bekommen (für die war es halt auch iO muss ich anmerken) und die hatten ihr Essen vor uns bekommen, obwohl sie bestimmt eine halbe Stunde nach uns dort waren. Ich hatte mich damals auch per Mail beschwert - ganz sachlich, ohne böse zu sein aber diese Mail haben sie einfach ignoriert und niemand hat geantwortet. Leider gehe ich...
