Le Burger Parndorf — Restaurant in Parndorf/Pandrof

I have never written a review for a restaurant in my entire life, but I feel this compelled to write one. I just went and ate with my mom for a late lunch and the place was very busy. When we walked in a man told us to find an empty seat. We found a table and that same man ended up being our server. We both ordered hot chocolate and I informed the man of my severe nut allergy and he said “in chocolate, you’re fine.” I ignored his condescending tone and later ordered my main course. I asked for fries and a plain cheeseburger just cheese on it and I told him about my allergies again. He rolled his eyes and in the same condescending tone said “you’re fine.” Once the hot chocolate came out it was room temperature at best. My food came out with fries and a burger with ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo. I ate the fries but couldn’t eat the burger because our server couldn’t have cared less. After that our server asked if we were done eating and I said yes. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for the check while he assisted both parties with their checks next to us (both of which came after us). I made direct eye contact with every employee and eventually one of them told us he contacts our server (shoutout that guy only nice one in the place). Overall, the employee was condescending and didn’t care about my life threatening allergies and no restaurant has made me this made in my entire life. The food came out fast but who cared if it’s fast if it’s wrong. The place was externally busy and my seat faced the kitchen staff and I could tell they were working very hard. To the man who looks like on of Ryder Flynn’s partners in Tangled, I hope you find some peace in your life. Writing this relieved some stress but would not recommend this place to anyone with allergies or my worst enemy for that matter....

I visited this restaurant with my wife for dinner after going shopping. Since we arrived during dinner hours, the place was quite busy. Perhaps because of that, the waitstaff were a bit overwhelmed, and it took some time to place our order.

Although that was a little bothersome at first, once the food arrived, all those thoughts disappeared. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was especially impressed by their house-made orange and lemon cola — it was fantastic.

They also have a sauce bar inside the restaurant, which is great, but the cheddar cheese sauce that came with the meal was particularly outstanding.

This may not be very common in Asia, but since this is Europe, many people smoke at the outdoor tables. So if you’re visiting with children, it’s something you might want to...

Wednesday night ( 8/12/2023 )exactly 20:42, my family including two children and i planned to eat there as we are regular customers, but first time at this branch, before entering the restaurant i could tell that one of the staff members was remarkably unhappy with our visit, after entering the restaurant, he approached us and said in an unfriendly manner, we are closing, you have only ten minutes although 18 minutes left for the kitchen to close and 50 min for the restaurant itself, i said, if you are willing to serve us we can leave, then started asking us to stay saying please, please, we left really disappointed, buy the way, two ladies of staff members were there at the scene.
