I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and here's what I have to say:

Pros: This place exudes an incredibly authentic Austrian "Bauden" atmosphere, making you feel like you've stepped into a piece of Austria's culinary heritage. The menu boasts a fantastic selection of traditional Austrian dishes, ranging from schnitzel to kaiserschmarrn, käsefondue, and lamb. The lamb, in particular, was exceptional. The restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere that complements the authentic Austrian experience. The service here is top-notch. The waitresses are friendly, welcoming, and efficient, providing excellent service. The interior decor reflects the essence of authentic Austria, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Cons: There's one minor drawback: securing a table upstairs can be a matter of luck, as it is considerably more pleasant than sitting downstairs.

We had the most amazing evening here. We came because of the wonderful reviews, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional Austrian style, and we felt so cozy. Our waitress was the sweetest we’ve had thus far in our trip to Solden, and she had great recommendations for our meals. Our meals were absolutely delicious and offered us tourists a perfect taste of traditional Austrian cuisine. Finally, at the end of the night, we were surprised with a concert by (we presume) the owner, on the guitar and yodeling, and a waitress on the harmonica. If you go to the same restaurant four nights in one week, I think it says it all. We ate our way through the menu and enjoyed everything. I highly recommend the ‘Backhendl Salad’. The chicken is deep-fried super crunchy and the meat is very juicy. Plus the salad dressing is very delicate as well. The Kaiserschmarren is homemade, it’s a huge portion and delicious. The schnitzel was also great, crispy and tender. The outdoor patio is highly recommended. If the weather is permitting, you can enjoy the view and the fresh air.
