The food was great, that can't be denied. The service and the attitude of the waiter(s) was atrocious. We ordered pickles, potatoes and cold slices of meat. The pickles arrived at the end of our meal and only when we reminded the staff of the order - no problem, humane mistake. After that they asked if we needed more bread while taking our empty bread basket away and we naturally requested more. We asked two more times for more bread and on the third time the other half of our group got bread while the other suffered a burned fondue. We requested a small portion of extra fondue which was promised to arrive but only after a little while. We waited for 45mins and nothing happened so we asked and apparently there was no order inbound. When we inquired for the check they didn't explain or apologize for the missing fondue but instead aggresively replied that there was too much to do, so they just decided to skip our order. Simple explanation that they couldn't make our order with only one chef would have sufficed. The house "lady" left our table 3 times when we talked about the check and stayed away 10-15mins at a time. She reluctantly gave us 5 very low grade shots as a compensation which we didn't really want.
Food was exquisite Service was slow Service and attitude towards customers the most demeaning and unacceptable

Read moreIf you’re looking for a Wunderbar dining experience, look no further! This cozy spot surprised us in the best possible way.
First of all, the fish was fresher than a mountain stream in the Alps – you could almost hear it whispering “Servus” from the plate. Perfectly cooked, delicately seasoned – einfach lecker!
The staff? Friendly doesn’t even begin to cover it. Dressed in authentic Tyrolean clothing, they looked like they walked straight out of a postcard from Innsbruck. Our waiter even gave us a hearty “Grüß Gott!” that made us feel instantly at home. The vibe was warm, rustic, and full of charm – Gemütlichkeit at its finest.
And don’t even get me started on the schnitzel. Golden, crispy, and the size of a snowboard – just how the Oma in Wien would make it. With each bite I found myself whispering: “Mein Gott, ist das gut!”
We left with full bellies, happy hearts, and a strong...
Read moreBeen coming here for three years every time we are in St Anton. The good is delicious; they're known for their cheese fondue but I also highly recommend their pastas and the fish (the chef is Italian so he knows what he's doing). The lady that manages the place is very friendly and her dad, who helps her wait tables, is a good laugh. You should go there if you're in St Anton, but don't go too tipsy after your apres ski since it's quite a...
