We were told it would took longer for the food to be ready, because of kitchen problems (small kitchen, small staff, a lot of guests at the same time), but the quality was nevertheless amazing! The service was very good but the food… wow! It was very, very good! Because of the small kitchen the cook worked alone in the kitchen to create the perfect dishes. The burger bun was nicely toasted, the egg was perfectly baked, the burger was juicy and the cheese was tasty and melted to perfection. The sweet dessert was the ‘cherry on top’, we ordered the chocolate mousse and the ‘Eispalatschinke’ and really enjoyed it! We would definitely come here again (next year, because our holiday is almost over) and recommend it to others who would love to discover this...

We were waited for to somebody come to our table for 30min, because we wanted to order some food after the drinks. Nobody came, After I was asking the 3rd waiter/ress, a guy came and I asked him, CAN I ORDER SOME FOOD? I have never seen a place where I need to ask the waiter for food. Disappointed. The food was “no comment” , the cordon was oily and the fries were refried, the only good thing was the ketchup what I needed to put on the fries. The burger was tasteless, and on the menu it’s said “beef” but the patty was mixed with pork so it’s not 100% beef. All in one, it’s a never...

Service Hui - Leistung Pfui. Freundliche Bedienung kam sehr schnell. 2 Glühwein und 2 Suppen bestellt - als erstes stellte sich heraus, dass der Glühwein aus war (wie bitte!?), daher wurde auf Jagertee gewechselt. Dieser wurde nach 5 Min gebracht, die Suppen jedoch nicht; erst, als wir nach einer halben Stunde (!) einmal höflich nachfragten, kamen sie nach weiteren 5 Minuten. Dabei erschien die lauwarme Gulaschsuppe, als hätte man sie durch ein Sieb gegossen: Tatsächlich handelte es sich um wässrige, lauwarme Gulasch“brühe“ ohne jegliche Feststoffe (für 7 Euro, versteht sich). Ergo: Glühwein nicht erhältlich Lieferung der Soeisen vergessen Qualität eine Frechheit

Das Erschreckende an dieser indiskutablen Leistung ist nicht nur der horrende Preis von 30 Euro, sondern auch die absolut inakzeptable Qualität. Wir haben in den letzten 8 Tagen deutlich über 10 Betriebe der Gastronomie im Raum Kitzbühel besucht und feststellen müssen, dass sich der seit Jahren zu beobachtende Trend zu überproportionalen Preissteigerungen und gleichzeitig immer schlechterer Service- und Produktqualität immer mehr durchsetzt. Daher ist unsere Erfahrung mit der Rockbar eher eine Bestätigung als die Ausnahne: Wer unter 50 Euro verkonsumiert, stört eher...
