Hiasl's Stubn — Restaurant in Serfaus

It could not be worse! It was so sad experience, total chaos, lights failure, long waiting time and unfriendly and rude waiter - it has everything. It was few moments from getting me furious - In the middle of the ordering, the waiter just turned to speak to colleagues without any apology. Just annoyed face. We had the reservation, we got the worst table possible, in the reception on the corner so everyone passing to the elevator went around us. Just cancel this table! I was cold because of the entrance still opening. I thought that the food will save it, but i almost suffocated with Gröstl with really suspicious looking dry meat cubes. The saddest thing is, that i had thousand times better dinner experience in kebab place five minute distance - much tastier and much bigger portions for slightly smaller price. In the end, i just feel sorry for the waiters, because they must deal with...

Buoni piatti, non facili da individuare a costi, tutto sommato accettabili. Il servizio molto "estero" attenzione all'avventore nessuno. Ci hanno portato le pietanze ma abbiamo dovuto chiedere le posate che mancavano in tavola. Il proprietario mi risponde:

"Gentile sig, La ringraziamo per essersi presa il tempo per scriverci una recensione! Siamo felici che i nostri piatti tipici siano stati di suo gusto e che li abbia apprezzati. I nostri menú sono tradutti tutti in italiano ed al fianco di ogni portata vi é la sua descrizione con il relativo prezzo. Ci dispiace che ci siano state delle difficoltá comunicative con il personale che, oltre ad inglese, tedesco, croato o ceco, purtroppo non parla la lingua italiana. Saremmo lieti di poterle presto dare di nuovo il benvenuto nella nostra Hiasl´s Stubn. Cordiali saluti Famiglia Kirschner"

Non per polemica ma per precisione: Il ns menù era tedesco/inglese Ela descrizione in inglese non era certo esaustiva. Al personale ci siamo rivolti in inglese ma questo, sebbene abbia dimostrato di comprendere, ha continuato a rispondervi in tedesco. Forse voleva darci l'opportunità di imparare i rudimenti di questa grande lingua. Comunque certamente daremo altre opportunità al locale che, sicuramente per i piatti, merita...

Seit nunmehr 10 Jahren fahren wir mit einer Gruppe von bis zu 18 Personen nach Serfaus. Es ist Tradition, dass wir auch gemeinsame Restaurantbesuche machen. Das wollen wir auch in diesem Jahr. Also bei Hiasl`Stubn entsprechend heute per Email angefragt. Es wurde prompt reagiert - aber inhaltlich unfassbar. Ich zitiere: „…Tischreservierungen sind nur direkt online unter Restaurant Serfaus möglich! Reservierungen sind nur für die bestehende Saison möglich. Für Tischreservierungen im Winter startet die Reservierungsphase ab 6.12.2024“ Soso: Per Email ist also nicht Online - ok. Ich wollte auch für die aktuell bevorstehende Saison buchen. Die Reservierung „startet“ also erst …. Fassen wir zusammen: Keine Flexibilität vor dem 6.12. einen Tisch für 14 Personen zu reservieren. So etwas erlebt man selten. Die Geschäfte scheinen gut zu laufen (es sei Ihnen auch gegönnt), wenn man rund 600 Euro so mir nichts dir nichts ausschlägt. Denn auch auf nochmaligen Hinweis kam die Antwort:“..sehr schade vielleicht klappt es ein anderes mal.“ Nein, klappt es sicher nicht!
