KFC — Restaurant in Vienna

Manager of the brach misbehaved. Arrogant workers. We are regular customer to KFC, like regualr visits, i was there with my family today and we three of us ordered separately and we got a QR code for feedback. After successful feedback, we were offered 3 hot wings individually. We received 3 verification codes as we were 3people and ordered separately. But the manager denied to give free 3 hot wings even after showing the verification code. The mananger was arrogant, her name is SEDA. She along with another coworker threathened me to call Police. What kind of arrogant behavior is this? How can a manager threaten customer?

I have changed my review of this place after having to wait over 45 minutes of a small order for my family ( from 5 stars to zero). The 10 euro vouchers were a joke compared to the time and stress that was put on my family. Don't get me wrong i love KFC but no one needs 45 minutes to cook some chicken. Extremely disappointing. I like kfc very much and I admire the food as well! But the staff are incompatible for this job . I ordered the new box (5 for 5€ ) and an extra chicken burger . And as I went to take my order they forgot to put the chicken burger which is included with the box . And I said yeah ok I will eat now , as I finished I realised that they even forgot the extra bruger !!!!
