We, as a family, arrived at this Vietnamese restaurant on Sunday around 3 PM. We came here with high expectations based on positive online reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. Perhaps because we arrived a bit late (although there were customers before and after us) and because we didn’t speak the local language, the service here was very poor. A young woman with a stern face served us without any expression throughout. She kept asking how many portions of stir-fried rice noodles we wanted, despite my repeated explanations that we were a group of five people who wanted to try different dishes. It was difficult to place our order, and we thought it was finally done with two portions of stir-fried rice noodles, a bowl of soup noodles, Vietnamese spring rolls, and a serving of rice with curry duck. Later, it became clear that she knew what we had ordered. However, she questioned us again, asking whether we wanted one, two, or three portions of the stir-fried rice noodles. She was unfriendly during the entire service. I directly expressed my difficulty in communicating with her, and she simply walked away without saying anything. She didn’t ask us what else we needed, and she didn’t even give us a chance to order any white drinks we had originally intended. A beautiful afternoon was ruined by this restaurant. I strongly advise tourists who don’t speak the local language to avoid this place. It’s worth mentioning that we all speak English...
Read moreI am really confused about this place after all the good reviews: I did not like pho at all, it was really one of the worst in Vienna (and I also was in Vietnam). It was just salty broth with no taste and all and really strange noodles. Meat in pho was good though. Summer rolls were good and mango duck really so-so. I so hoped that there is a good Vietnam place in 10th district, but was disappointed. And not to mention the relatively high prices. I don’t know if I give...

Wow!
