I ordered a pasta through foodora, and 40 minutes later I called the restaurant because in the app it said it was still being prepared. I called them asking them where was my pasta, they asked for my address and said “I canceled because it was too far”, and I said “you could’ve warned be so I could order from another place” and they replied with “okay, bye”. No apologies, no nothing, I believe the food must be good but this type of behavior is inadmissible. Update: 20 minutes they delivered the food but I had already ordered from other place after they told me it was cancelled. Great...
