Ich besuche regelmäßig verschiedene Ströck-Filialen, aber diese Filiale auf der Hernalser Hauptstraße ist mit Abstand die schlechteste. Das Personal ist unhöflich, arrogant und wirkt ständig genervt, als wäre jeder Kunde eine Zumutung. Freundlichkeit oder ein Mindestmaß an Service sucht man hier vergeblich.

Mehrmals wurde mir versucht, alte oder eindeutig nicht frische Produkte zu verkaufen – besonders wenn etwas übrig geblieben ist. Wenn man höflich darum bittet, ein frisches Stück zu bekommen, werden die Augen verdreht oder patzige Antworten gegeben. Das ist einfach respektlos und unprofessionell.

Auch die veganen Produkte sind in dieser Filiale katastrophal: fast immer aufgetaut, wässrig und matschig, man sieht richtig, dass sie aus der Tiefkühltruhe kommen. Frisch schmeckt hier gar nichts.

Diese Filiale ist ein negatives Aushängeschild für Ströck – schlechter Service, schlechte Qualität, null Kundenorientierung. Ich kann den Besuch dort absolut...
