Starbucks — Restaurant in Vienna

Kicking out engaged people during pandemic has its price. Light does not seem to work it was really dark. Tables and floor are not clean or proper put back in place. People seem not able to work against the flow of new work. They don't seem lazy, someone was continuous working on cleaning old dishes/coffee pots. Bad management decision and low crisis awareness aswell as missing innovation is visible. Sad I really liked this place a few years ago. Pricing and overall does not fit anymore.

Update 2023.4.3 location has been renewed, light is still dark on the outside you can see original Vienna bird poo.

Don't be late or you can only get coffee to go and cake with wooden fork in a paper bag. At least this Starbucks is a professional example on how you miss manage a shop in a top location. All tables full of trash. Nobody taking care, no responsibility, loosing another star from my side.

Starbucks is Starbucks - okay. But what my wife and I really appreciated in Starbucks Donauzentrum last week is that a "special" girl cleaned our table, she started to talk to us very friendly as if we were best friends and took a picture with our cellphone, then went on to other tables to clean and talk to other people. As far as I could see nobody felt disturbed and this created a special homy atmosphere. It's a good place with nice atmosphere and not bad serves, I'm not really a Starbucks drinker since I'm not a big coffee drinker but its probably a fantastic place for a Starbucks drinker.. What I ordered was good and pretty tasty, it's good for breaks between shopping in the mall Donauzentrum and good place to have a drink with a small bite, I'll definitely recommend it and if your a first timer, get vanilla crunch with milk and chocolate because boy that...
