I went there with my friends for burgers. I also ordered fries, but the waitress mistakenly served them with my friend’s plate. Thinking they had forgotten mine—and assuming my friend’s fries were part of an offer—I ordered fries again.

Later, when the second portion arrived, it became clear there had been a mix-up. I explained the situation to the waitress (a young girl), but instead of apologizing, she told me we, as customers, should check our food ourselves. I found that response quite rude. She didn’t apologize, and she also said she couldn’t cancel the second fries order—so, of course, I had to pay for it.

For me, it’s not about the money. It’s about how you treat your customers. I hope this feedback helps you realize that it’s your responsibility to get orders right—and that offering a simple apology when a mistake happens is not too...

We come here all the time and they never miss. Be it anniversary, casual dinners, valentines or just a normal lunch. Absolutely fell in love with the whole chain. All their locations in Vienna are spectacular but the one here is definitely nr. 1. The dark haired guy with the gelled hair to the top ( was a waiter now we believe he is restaurant leiter or supervisor) and ofc Jamal and Jonny. As always we have received excellent service. Good talks and funny jokes. Music is always PERFECT they have an excellent playlist and sometimes there is a guy here with a guitar singing absolute bangers!!!
