Comfortable, surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. I didn't get to eat at the restaurant (perhaps another time…), apart from breakfast, which was adequate. ||The air conditioner worked (I was there during an oppressive, humid heat wave), but it was very noisy.||Clean, comfortable. But the shower…||The tiling, decoration and cleanliness of the shower room were impeccable; but the shower really let it down, quite unnecessarily. At home I have a thermostatic shower mixer. 2 decades on, the water temperature barely flickers if somebody runs a tap elsewhere - these things work. But the Stasta shower had one of those ghastly mixer taps which are a bit stiff to turn, and where the smallest of movements turns the water from unpleasantly cold to dangerously hot.
