The food was ok. The original waiter very friendly and prompt with our orders. I will mention that we were originally around 6 persons, occupying 3 tables and at around 23:00, there were only 3 of us left, not intoxicated and not causing any kind of disturbance. Once the shift was changed, we had already paid our bill to our original waiter and just wanted to finish our conversation and remaining beer and prepare to leave. At this time, a very rude waitress took over our table. She insisted on multiple occasions, interrupting our conversations, if we want something more, while we clearly still had beer in our mugs. The bar was not over-crowded at this time and it was also nowhere near closing time, but on her last attempt to approach us to buy something more, she became straight rude, telling me, the only female at the table that she's had enough of us and that if we're only going to drink water and occupy so many tables, we'd better leave. We had not one single water ordered at that table and her nice colleague already kindly had asked us to move to only 2 tables before, which we did immediately. My 2 male colleagues at the table asked her about what really is her problem with us/me and she refused to say anything. Before the situation got escalated too far, we decided to leave, but this is no way to be treated in an Irish bar, or getting insulted for speaking english. I suggest to the bar management to look into the behavior of a woung waitress, working the night shift on Meidlinger Hauptstrasse Golden Harp on the night of Friday 13.01.2023. Terrible, ignorant, unfriendly service. You can go with being ignored for like 30 minutes, drinks last about the same time until they arrive. They rather go outside smoke and talk. The waitresses (especially the black haired ones) are super unfriendly, you don't even get a smile, and then they expect tip and don't give you the change back. If you order food, you have to wait even longer, or you even have to ask if they forgot about it.

The only 2 bands they seem to know are the Strokes and The White Stripes. Wouldn't recommend.

Though the food is good and I like the atmosphere. Well, there are not many options...

Ein cooles Lokal, nettes Ambiente! Für ein Irish Pub hat mir persönlich die Fiddle-Musik gefehlt aber gut, das ist ja nicht jedermanns(und Frau und d.) Sache 😅.

Wir hatten Potato Wedges und Onion Rings - es hätte auch Surschnitzel gegeben... 🤣 (whattt?! im Irish Pub?!) egal, wir leben im Land des Schnitzels, also, auch recht!

Wir purzelten eigentlich per Zufall mit den Worten: "he cool hast du gewusst das es hier ein Pub gibt?" in das Lokal nach einem Einkaufsnachmittag hinein. Geplant war das leckere Guinness nicht aber umso mehr wars ein Genuss! Auch erwähnen möchte ich die saubere Toilett Anlage. Das ist ja auch nicht selbstverständlich. 😑 Und nur mal so ein Denkanstoss für alle die mäkeln - "verlasse das WC so wie du es selber vorfinden möchtest!" - dann bleibts auch länger sauber und frisch. Denn so manche Gäste... Ohjeohjeohje... Wenn Hände waschen schon zuviel ist.... 🤷‍♂️

Die Snacks waren wirklich gut und nach der Anfrage für eine extra Sauce gabs die auch prompt. Service also sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommwnd! Warum hier andere Leute teilweise rummaulen versteh ich nicht, jedoch muss man anderen Menschen auch mal nen schlechten Tag zugestehen. Auch wenn diese Person in der Gastro arbeitet. (kennt jemand das Buch "Das einzige was stört, ist der Kunde"?? 🤣) Bei unserem Besuch waren aber alle gut drauf.

Nur so manch anderer Gast..🤭. Als Lokalbesitzer erlebt man wohl so einige Vollpfosten. 😂😂

Achja die 4 Sterne fürs Ambiente widerspiegeln nur die fehlende irische Musik, vielleicht waren wir auch nur zur falschen Zeit da!! Also...
