China-Restaurant PANDA — Restaurant in Wals-Siezenheim

I have never experienced such disgusting behavior in a restaurant, let alone one that claims to be 4-star. A staff member, who appeared to be German (non-Asian), was blatantly racist towards us — sighing, rolling her eyes, and acting as if serving us was a burden. The absolute breaking point came when she dropped food onto my sister in full view of other customers, causing nearby tables to stare. No apology. No accountability. Just continued attitude. This was our first unpleasant experience in Austria (Salzburg) since arriving five days ago. Unfortunately, it was due to the attitude of a non-Asian waitress at this Chinese restaurant. She was impolite, spoke loudly in an unprofessional way, and handled the dishes roughly—spilling rice on my daughter at one point. Several dishes were already spilled when they were served. It was a nice Chinese restaurant in Wals. Very friendly staff with their excellent service. Very clean and tidy. They have decorated inside and outside the restaurant very traditionally. I’m really impressed by the taste of their food and off course a beautiful view of alps if you sit outside. Food was mouth watering… I wish I could stay one more day and go back there and try some other food too...
