From booking direct to departure everything was great. The location is central for everything you might want in the village. Next to the church, although not for some we liked it as the bells from the clock (which don't chime overnight) and call to services added to the ambience of the village. Just steps away from access to anything you might want in the village.|Our room at the back of the Elisabeth was just what we wanted; a balcony overlooking the garden and a great view to the mountain and the occasional sound of the bells around the necks of the cows grazing. The room was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable, so comfortable that it was an effort to get up. For me as someone that likes to get up and active is saying something.|The breakfast area was divided into two, one area for those guests with dogs and those without. It's wonderful to see a pet friendly environment. Our pets weren't with us so we wee in the non-pet area, but it wouldn't have worried us either way. Breakfast was always at the allocated table for the stay and a good idea. Bread, cheese, meats, eggs cooked to order and tea or coffee. Perhaps a highlight since the Elisabeth is a cafe and cake shop there were a selection of home made cakes available at breakfast. The service was pleasant and efficient and nothing was a problem.|Joe and Carolina have a great place. Would we...
Read moreWe stayed at Pension Elizabeth Jan 2019 for a family ski holiday . Well located in that it’s in the centre of town and a few minutes walk to the lift , Ski hire , Ski schools , supermarket , apres bars etc . Although in the centre we didn’t find it noisy in any way as the town is traditional and not overly busy but with enough going on to keep you entertained without being overly crowded . ||||Accommodation is clean , tidy , friendly staff with a fab breakfast and welcoming cafe with amazing cakes when you come off the slopes . Good value for money , rooms are clean & large enough and comfortable . We had two rooms on the second floor with great views . I would highly rate this place for a relaxing stay in Westendorf ! I would...
Read moreWe are just back from a weeks Skiing staying in Pension Elizabeth. The only ting to know is that there are 3 floors and no lift. The accommodation provided was clean and well presented.. Each morning we were offered a choice of breakfast including a hot option of ham and Eggs. Everything was fresh well presented and served with a smile. The Cafe attached serves the best coffee and cakes in the village. Children are always welcome even when the staff have had to 'work around' them on the Cafe floor while playing with the toys provided by the owners. I would rate the location as first class as it in the center of the village and only 3 min walk...
