We were in Westendorf a very busy week when most restaurants were full. We ordered pizzas with home-delivery from here, which we think is a nice service. The pizzas were quite good. We also went by a few times during the week to see if they had available tables for us. They hadn’t, which is of course ok but one of the waiters we talked to were really rude. We were nice to him and fully understood that they were full on busy evenings, but why did he have to be rude to us? I think it is a bad idea to work in the service sector if you hate people. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the food options and prices were excellent, offering great value for the quality. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the unfriendly service from the woman who attended to us. She was unaccommodating when we wanted to order a pizza to share for our daughter, insisting on an additional dish due to the pizza's size. The food was ok, but the service was not. From the start our waiter had an attitude problem, and when we found a long black hair stuck inside the breading of a schnitzel, the waiter didnt believe us, even after she pulled the hair out herself. We got no compensation of any kind.

With prices like this, we definitely expected better service.
