Hochzeller-Alm auf 1959 m — Restaurant in Zell am See

Called in for a hot chocolate with 3 others which we enjoyed. Sitting outside in the sun. I was waiting to pay the bill but the waiter's were rather busy. After a while I raised my hand respectfully to get the attention of one of the female waiter. Big mistake on my part she marched over to me and said the fact that I raised my hand I can Wait twice as long and then she walked away. We had very bad experience with this place and it's workers. Very bad waiter with a very bad treatment to the customers... They don't have any kind of hospitality. They expressed their rascism directly to their customers without any reason. I definitly not recommend this place and they don't even deserve a one star rating. They really don't deserve to be part of Zell Am See/Kaprun touristic places with such people/staff. Really shame on them how they...

Do not ask for a refill of your water bottle here! We asked the waiter and he told us no problem just go to the bar. However the woman at the bar was very rude and clearly unhappy that she had been asked to take 30 seconds out her day to fill a small bottle with water. Huffed and puffed, shaking her head. Just no need for such behaviour. We had already bought drinks so we had given them custom. Absolutely appalling service. So much for...
