Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting a store to purchase a gift box for a special person. The staff was exceptionally friendly, calm, and accommodating throughout my entire visit. Their outstanding customer service would certainly satisfy even the most demanding clients. A massive selection of sweets and confectionary but the store is empty and the staff are not welcoming.

They stood around staring and making comments (because we are foreigners) and then the chocolate that we bought wasn't even that nice. Not a premium product but the presentation of the store is very attractive, especially for children. But with that much confectionary and so few customers, it must sit there...
