On Fathers Day we drove around Bimini looking for conch salad and stopped at a few places recommended by off shore golf cart renters and non compared to Big Mikes. Excellent view, the best on the island, very clean, Shelley and Shakey are very friendly, music awesome, and just their personalities are Fab! We got the whole Bahamian conch experience, from it being removed from shell infront of us, to it being prepared fresh at time of ordering, and we even got to try the pistol…hmm good thing I ate if before asking what it was…ha! 🤣..we had the original type of conch salad but they have a tropical one too which has pineapple and mango cubes too with some pepper too!
