Bimini Seafood Company & Conch Bar — Restaurant in Bimini

We happened to try this restaurant during our stay in Bimini and we are so glad that we did! After reading so many positive reviews mentioning server Mitzi in them, we wanted to see what all the fuss was about. We arrived and were seated, but not in Mitzi's section. We requested to be waited on by Mitzi and the wonderful supervisor Sheralynn came over to talk to us. She has a wonderful sense of humor. She exclaimed that it was another server's turn to wait on our table, so we told her it was not a big deal and that would work for us.

The supervisor must have sent Mitzi over to greet us, which we thought was just to say hi. To our surprise, she ended up being our server and she was so nice and welcoming to us. She was efficient and provided excellent service. It was nice getting to know her while being waited on. The ribs were phenomenal. Great portion, flavor, and tender. ZERO STARS 👎👎 My husband and I went to this place for dinner. Upon arriving, there was no hostess and we were not greeted or seated by anyone. After continuing to stand there for a while and being completely ignored by the staff, we just sat ourselves. We sat, and sat, and sat, and continued to be ignored. The waitress walked right by us twice and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. I swear they were blatantly ignoring us. I had to get up and hunt down a waiter just to get a menu. After placing our order and waiting for about 30 minutes, we were notified that the kitchen ran out of gas and it was now closed. Mind you, this was at 8:30 pm and most places on the island close at 9:00 pm, so we were left without dinner. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is total trash with extremely bad service, no air conditioning or fans, and the women staff are extremely rude and nasty. Completely...

I recently visited Big Game restaurant in Bimini and had the pleasure of being waited on by Savannah. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Throughout our meal, she was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations.

Savannah was patient with our questions and made sure that our every need was met. Her attention to detail and professionalism were truly exemplary. As we enjoyed our meal, Savannah checked in with us periodically to ensure that we were satisfied with everything.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about Savannah and her service. She truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable.
