Expect consistently excellent service and a very nice selection of food at this newer, casual waterfront eatery in Bahamia down Oceanhill Blvd. Everyone in this part of Freeport is thrilled to have a place nearby right on the water! They serve casual fare like conch fritters (imo best on island) and club sandwiches, AND fancier options like steak and local lobster with classic trimmings. Chicken tenders (always a hit with the kids) are freshly battered and made onsite. Impeccable service every time and drink prices are very reasonable. The Palette is a really quaint bar and restaurant away from the crowds at Lucaya. Located on Port of Call Drive, The Palette is right on the beach. The owners are very friendly, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. My wife had chicken fettuccine and I had shrimp scampi. Both meals were very good. We just had the best experience on our whole trip. The food was incredible, and the service was also top notch. The steak melted in our mouths. Be sure to get the conch fritters and the seafood crepe (WOW). We also got guava duff, which was new to us, but we LOVED. Alisha also helped us with a dilemma we had unrelated to dinner.
