I had a horrible experience at McDonald's Russell Road last night. I was on the line for over and hour, was able to pay for my order which was only 2 frozen drinks by the way. I would have came off the line if I could have turned around. But I really wanted to try the drink. However, when I finally got to the window to collect my food the server said they didn't have any more frozen drinks. I asked for a refund and atleast a complimentary drink even if it was a kids drink. The sever told me she was new and would ask the manager. She came back and told me the manager said no. I then asked to speak to the manager very politely. Even though the window was closed and she probably thought I couldn't hear, the manager came straight from the back and yelled out call security before even speaking to me. When she came to the window, she told me that she could not give me a drink, even though I was on the line for over an hour, took my order, paid and then not to have it. Read moreI've kept quiet for along time about the service at this location, but I'm cashing in my last straw waiting here on the line... Today there is some problem with the POS system, so orders are placed and issued from the last service window. I'm 20mins in, with the same 5 cars in front of me I met here. When isn't there an issue at this location?? Every single time I come here there is a long wait. And as the only (3) stores on the island are operated by the same franchisee, all three share the same service issues. Drive-thru queues 15-20 cars deep.... Always running out of product... Bad customer service... Order picked incorrectly... C'mon man!!! Wake up and show some signs that the people in charge are actually working! Honestly I don't even know how McDonald's Corporate allows this franchisee to continue with the poor operating practices for all these years!! Read moreI gave McDonald's a3 stuff because of the lack of service thought you get when you enter the place. There has not been a time that I was at McDonald's that something was wrong with my order. Something was missing or something was not given to you and you had to end up asking for it all going back. However on a positive side I must give them a good review when it comes to delivering Goods.
