Well..this is absolutely a game changer restaurant. They have changed the landscape of this place. The entire area around this restaurant used to stink and I remember challenging my kids a treat who would not close their nose while we pass this road. Now that we visit after the restaurant has been opened, the nearby water body has been cleaned and the entire area is filled with the aroma from the restaurant. Obviously its a Saudi restaurant chain and don't expect something of your local preferences. As the saying goes be a Roman while in Rome, you need to adapt to the ambience of this place. There are enough parking available though its a bit crowded during weekends. There are enough seats available for waiting customers. The Saudi style partitions are unique to non-Arabic folks. There are VIP rooms for big families. The ordering style is that of a fast food restaurant. You need to choose your room/partition first. Settle down in the room, then decide what you want to eat. Make a note and order it back at the reception. The order will be marked against your room. There is very little wait time after the order. The folks knock at your door and its well presented. You may want to grab as much as water bottles from the guy who delivers. Do not hesitate to ask him for any help. You can also walk up to the reception for any assistance you may need. The menu is a bit confusing as most of them are bulk and the price looks high. And remember most of the dishes, approximately 3 people can share (average appetite). You have the option to order half portion. This works out very cheap and you can try varieties. We as a family loved the taste. Its very different from the local food that we have had. As most of you have mentioned in your reviews the Taste here stands above all. (not writing more about it since its a paid service from me) There are may areas of improvement. But I am sure the restaurant management will be working on feedback given by customers so that they sustain/grow their business. I predict few more branches opening up around Bahrain in the near future. Our Feedback: Staff needs training. Since this is a hospitality industry lot of patience, humbleness and other virtue are highly expected from the staff.

Feb 07, 2022 9PM MIXED GRILLS 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 RICE 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 BD 3.65 for mixed grills is the biggest ripoff in Bahrain. Item quantity was so low worth BD 1. Meat was terribly burnt, dry and not well marinated. It took 15 min for this excuse of a mixed grill. Never order Mixed Grills or dips like hummus, mutabel etc here if you value your hard earned money. In my case, the dip was expired. Total waste of BD 4 for dinner. Restaurants like AL HANTOUR GRILL Tashan, SHUBRA Salmaniya, SHOWPIECE Zinj are restaurants best suited for grills that are nearby Romansia. SABBAR AL AYOOB Tubli is fair for tikkas. From BD 1.5 to BD 2.65 for a half chicken rice meal, the price is somewhat fair considering the rice and meat are flavorful. The chicken in all my experience has been tender since it is steamed or boiled. This is the only thing I would recommend. The rice is not greasy but the chicken may be (inconsistent) too salty for my taste from time to time. But thankfully, the rice can be enjoyed without meat. I've always ordered takeaway, but there are flies everywhere in the waiting area. The fruit juice section beside waiting area needs more attention from staff. I personally will not order juices knowing that place is swarming with flies. More priority is given to Talabat than customers waiting for their orders.

The food here is good but i would strongly recommend takeout and not dine in..this is like a usual Arabic setting where u sit on the floor and eat. There are no tables or chairs..there are different cabins which u need to go and reserve before another person. First u select the menu and pay at the counter. then u go and scan all the cabins one by one till u get lucky and find a free cabin. The cabin will be having the leftover food of the previous customer while u get inside it and rice all over the carpet.. U need to wait in that cabin nd reserve it while ur partner goes with the bill to the kitchen and gives the order with cabin number. The staff will come and clean the rice on the carpet with a brush when they are free. When the food is ready they just bring it on the trolley to your cabin along with some raitha and 2 small water bottles. They don't provide you with an additional plate.. So one has to eat from the food container while the other one uses the aluminum foil as a plate..The rice and chicken are good but nothing very special. My friend and i ordered one half mathgoot chicken costing 1.9bd which is enough for 2 person. The rice and chicken are good and soft. The raitha is also delicious. Pls don't go for dine in option.

We went to try out this restaurant after a long time and we were surprised to see they have added quiet new things over the menu from their regular ones. Interesting one to try. We don't need to say much about this restaurant ambience, it's very spacious nice place for family dine in as well for small gatherings. Food quality is good as usual and those new items are interesting for you try. Portions are nice but pls verify while ordering if you're into Diet. Price looks reasonable and the portions will justify the price. Their dessert like Om Ali and Kunafa is very nice and will be served prior your ending up with your food. Service time definitely varies based on the food type and rush on the restaurant. Would recommend to order wisely inorder to wait for a long yo get an additional dishes. Usual time it will be 10 to 15 mins, in rush time it may prolong more than 30 mins. Overall this restaurant won't disappoint you with their food quality, you can give a try if you're nearby Zinj.

I was in a hurry so I went in after hearing bad word of mouth vis-à-vis the food. You have to understand, it seems to be an application of the fast food concept to Gulf food, specifically rice based dishes and grills. The entrance is large and spacious. The upper floor looked clean enough. The take away ordering process is straight forward; you wait until your number comes up on the screen. If you wanna eat in, you have to order upstairs. Parking is fine on weekdays. The madhbi dish was tasty enough, but far from the best in town. At least the chicken was grilled properly and not unpleasant. However, you could tell it was fast food. Not bad for an occasional quick lunch, but when it comes to rice dishes, nothing beats a specially prepared meal. Finally, the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely go back, perhaps when I'm in the area and have nowhere else to eat, but not anytime soon.

My brother-in-law suggested we go here for the authentic Saudi cuisine. When you enter, you get a view of their large lobby, the kitchen and take away section. There are stairs that lead to the seating space. The whole place is divided into cubicles of different sizes and private areas for larger groups. A large plate is placed in the centre of the group on a mat on the floor of traditional majlis. We are expected to share a meal from one large plate. We had Zerbian chicken and lotus sweet. Both dishes were astounding. My nephews loved the lotus sweet. While leaving we were greeted by different types of tea placed on a stand. All three types of tea were dainty. There is ample parking space available.
