The Wok Station restaurant is located at the heart of Manama, in a very ideal location with plenty of free parking space. Surprisingly, and as they say “looks is deceiving” Wok Station restaurant serves oriental dishes that can match and exceed top international oriental restaurants.
As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the restaurant Manager Mr. Pushpak, who was so welcoming and friendly, and most of the dishes were recommended by him. We started our feast with a bowl of Tomkha Shrimp soup, which is close to the popular Tom-Yom Soup, but with an enhanced flavor that towers any other shrimp soup I had (what a fantastic soup), I strongly recommend this soup to all sea food soup lovers. Moreover you should not miss out the Hot and Sour chicken soup, and for those who love clear soups, the 8 Treasure Vegetable soup is what they should ask for.
Moving ahead, the Wok Station is famous for their dimsums, and that is a fact that you can’t deny. The Pan fried Chicken dumplings and the Prawn Shumai dumplings, both are super delicious served steam hot on the table. Not to forget mentioning, the 3 style Mushroom dimsum, Truffle Edamame dimsum and the Chicken Ginger Chili Oil dimsums are also eye brow rising delicious.
There are a hand full of cracking delicious appetizers, the Shanghai Basa fish is a must, although I am not a fan of having fish for appetizer, this dish changed my habit, the fish is so tasty, that the aroma and the sauce explodes in your mouth. What a dish!!!!
Nevertheless, the Crunchy sesame beef, the Crispy spinach with chicken and the canton pepper chicken all are fantastic appetizers to start with.
Digging in the main menu, we started with Kung pao chicken and Mongolian beef, and that was amazing, so we decided to keep the food flowing and ordered the Korean chicken fried rice with Crispy chicken fried rice and both dishes were surprisingly yummy delicious! There were many other main dishes to choose from, but we started feeling full and unfortunately we had to leave some space for our dessert.
We ended our feast journey with mango pudding which was the icing on the cake.
Finally, I would like to state that Wok Station restaurant is one of the top best oriental restaurants on the island, and most importantly with a fraction price of other similar 5 star restaurants.
Meanwhile I would like to thank Mr. Sagar our server for his lovely and...

Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Mr. Pushpak the restuarant Manager and served by Mr. Sagar who ensured we were happy throughout.
Moreover, I also noticed that their prices were very reasonable for the food quality and portion.

Hopped and skipped our way to Wok Station recently, to embrace the power of chopsticks and relish some Asian cuisine.
The restaurant has a vast seating area, in the Galleria Mall branch, spanning 2 storeys. The decor is stupendous and the comfy orange chairs scream "Orange is the new black!".
Right, with that out of the way let's discuss the diversity of the menu. Firstly you can create your own Wok, there are various soups like the famous Tom Yum soup, Main Courses are aplenty ranging from Poultry, Seafood, Duck to Veggies, etc. There was a Dim Sum festival when we visited though we passed on it, never tried those dumplings. Maybe one day.
Our order included the following items:- Japanese Potato Cake Kung Pao Chicken Taiwanese Chicken with Ginger/Garlic Hakka Noodles
Contrary to what its name implies, Japanese Potato Cake is an appetizer, not a dessert - but you probably already knew that. This appetizer is mouth-watering, it's a definite must-try. Kung Pao Chicken...I'll be honest, the only reason I ordered this was because it hit home with the name - reminded me of Kung Lao (I'll wait for you to Google that). The Kung Pao chicken was definitely the highlight though. Taiwanese was awesome too, a close second. Noodles were fun to eat with the Chopsticks.
Speaking of which, I felt I had Chinese ancestry as I was taking my first bite using the Chopsticks, unfortunately it all but dissipated as the Noodles slid out. Though I still managed to complete my dinner using Chopsticks.
Head on over to Wok Station and feel like you're from China. The food here is palatable and worth every fils you...
