We recently visited Kyo, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. However, what truly made my evening memorable was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Ibrahim. From the moment we were seated, Ibrahim greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Kyo was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The ambiance is perfect – cozy, modern, and stylish.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Every dish we tried was incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs put a lot of care and attention into each plate. My personal favorite was the tikka bruschetta– it was perfectly cooked and seasoned! The portion sizes were just right, and everything was served fresh.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to offer great recommendations, especially Ibhrahim.

Extremely disappointed with this place, we came in and wanted to sit in the table by the window however the waiter told us its only for 5 people 5 mins later 2 couples were sitting in it and when we questioned the water informed us that others are coming…they did not After that while we were eating another waiter came and asked if we wanted the rest of the food as takeaway (first he is NOT our waiter and second my drink didnt even arrive third why are they quicking us out when we arent done with food) We called the manager and she informed us that she doesnt have a policy and anyone can sit anywhere so first waiter was lying and i didnt like that she took no action & we were not compenseted for horrible...
