Starbucks — Restaurant in Muharraq Island

i have been a customer for starbucks for more than 30 years and the guy there in sooq al baraha branch his name is Raymond was so rude and unprofessional and was intemidating me !! i have to say this is the worst encounter i have ever faced during my experience with starbucks and he refused to call anyone when i asked him to he said that he is the manager and Alshaya group are busy now they wont answer his fone and he said go place a complaint my employment number is so and so i didnt ask him for any of that but he was intemidating me and didnt care about starbucks reputation and customers , this person i would say doesnt represent starbucks he only represent himself and whatever background hes coming from and Alshayea group shouldnt allow such rude and unprofessional people like Raymond to work there , i can guarantee that i would never ever go to this branch and i would tell all of my co workers and family memebrs not to go there because they will be welcomed by Raymond and no one wants to be disrespected by...
