Mejjan (mejban) is a traditional Chattogram’s course. Mejban” a Persian word literally meaning a host, The word now means community feasting, a tradition that organized in Chattogram region. It is usually host by the rich people and the occasion could be like, birthday, death anniversary, observance day, inauguration of a new business etc. nowadays many hotels and restaurants arranging this traditional course. And this "Mezzan Haile Ayun" (meaning of this name "come if you want to eat mehjba") is one of the best of them. The food quality and test is authentic. Service is good. Serving time 2-3min. We ordered rice, beef kala bhuna, mejbani beef curry and booter daal. The restaurant opens from 12 pm and closes at 11 pm. They served the food in these really nice maatir vessels.
