The Arrosto — Restaurant in Chattogram Division

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at The Arrosto.

The Peri Peri chicken was unbelievably spicy — more like Naga chili than peri peri. When I complained, the staff were dismissive and simply said, “this is how peri peri is.” I literally lost my sense of taste for a while after one bite. They replaced it with BBQ chicken, but that was equally disappointing.

The Àla Kive platter was bland — the chicken had no flavor, the mashed potatoes tasted awful, and the mushrooms actually burned my tongue. The cashew nut salad had a fishy smell that was off-putting. The Blue Lagoon Margarita was far too salty. The only decent items were the Oreo & Strawberry milkshakes.

The one saving grace was the Red Snapper meal (deep stem - don’t remember exact name ) — it was genuinely delicious. But overall, the service was very slow, and the whole experience felt like a waste of money. Definitely...

Was having simple snacks and ordered a Hot Cappuccino as it was raining and mistakenly they gave me Iced Cappuccino. I was suffering cold, and it kinda upset me as I could not drink it and normally I do prefer Iced coffee on hot days but today was not one of these days when I wanted it. So, after mentioning the mishap to the waiters, the barista instantly came out and apologised for it and wanted to replace it with the correct order.
