For a place that specializes in coffee, the baristas are rather slow. My latte took 15 minutes to make. The coffee is also about 40 taka more expensive than similar cafes. The snacks menu is lacking. The "small" latte is more like the regular size. If this is your first time I would recommend getting the small. The coffee is nothing special.

The baristas did not care enough to learn my name and simply wrote Rafa on my cup. The cafe is self service. The barista will call out your name and ask you to pick up your own coffee which is dumb when the number of workers in the cafe is more than the number of customers. A more personalized experience would have been nicer. You get to pick brown and white sugar packets, as well as sweeteners from the self serve counter. The place is well lit and you can sit next to the glass wall and observe the people going by. Mid day is the best time to visit the cafe as the place is the least crowded then with only a few young couples.
