Posh Lounge Rooftop — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

I love rooftop restaurants. I went to posh lounge with my wife and my baby.

Structure: 7/10 the restaurant looks nice. Well decorated with great view. The indoor decoration is modern and beautiful. The outdoor part of the roof are seperated in two stories. There is a roof below, another roof is on second storie. There are some swinging tables, but 3 out of the 4 gorgeous swinging table had torn apart seat. We could not sit on them. These are positioned at the most gorgeous positions, but due to being unusuable, these just become eyesores.

Ambiance: 3/10 Like most rooftops, this was too plagued by noisy and wannabe cool teenagers smoking their vape and thinking they are some sort of hotshots just because they speak english slang. Ugh! We were sorrounded by these stupid kids and they Didn't even consider that we have a baby with use. Even after asking them not to, they kept smoking and loudly shouting destroying the whole mood.

Food: 6/10 The food looks good, but the taste is not there. I ordered the spicy BBQ Pizza, it was too spicy. My fault for ordering it I guess!! I ordered white cream pasta, it was cheesy but bland. No flavour at all. Couldn’t finish it. I ordered a chicken burger with extra cheese. It was good.

Today I go there and took Cream of Mushroom Soup and Chicken Cashew Nut Salad. I had to pay first as it is their rule. Table was not clean. It upset me a lot. Also when I tell a waiter to clean the table, he just took a tissue from another table and acting to wash the table. Just speechless. After that they took the bill from me. I had no problem with it as they had so many guests. Then they serve cream of mushroom. Honestly It was good. I liked it. Then they serve chicken cashew nut salad with no spoon or fork. Like serously !!! How can we eat that !!! With the soup spoon !!! Yes we had to eat that with soup spoons.. Very upset about it. Pieces of chicken were very big. Amount of cashew nut was very poor. Size of the cashew nut was small. Amount of salt was high. Taste was below average. Also they gave us tissues after almost an hour when we almost finished our dishes. Atmosphere was good. But I think with this type of horrible service, it will be very difficult for them to survive. Hope they will upgrade the level of their service. Till then, I can't...

I rarely ask people not to go to a place, unfortunately this restaurant is going to be one of them. The atmosphere is nicely decorated, good things end only at the look. Service is slow and not at per, even they are deceptive with the menu and suggestions.

1:2 pasta with one coffee free is priced at 450 sounds a bargain, but it's a facade. We asked whether any flavored coffee is free with the pasta the server said 'yes any flavored'. Asked to serve one caramel latte and another hazzlenut latte (since the menu mentioned one free coffee we ordered another one).

The pasta is small portion for one person let alone for two.

Then the time came for bill and surprised to see they billed for both coffee, called the server he balantly lied to our face and said he told us regular coffee is free not other flavour. They did not even serve the regular coffee.

Got annoyed and was not in the mood for argument so told the server to serve regular coffee as well. The coffee was a joke.
