This outlet is decorated beautifully with a lot of space for sitting. We went there on a Friday and the place was packed. The person who took our order seemed overwhelmed. Our corner felt warm, so we requested him to lower the temperature. He replied that the AC was not working. After a while we felt the AC turned on. We ordered 3 ice blended butterscotch latte. After we received the drinks, it seemed to us that is was iced rather than ice blended. The server told us that they would provide sugar syrup for the drinks, but did not. When we started drinking, we realized that the iced latte was made without any sugar. So we asked for sugar syrup and they provided us. After a while, he asked if we would like the bill. But we had not finished the drinks. We said we would ask for the bill a while later. After five minutes, he gave us the bill despite not asking or finishing the drink. It felt like they could not wait for us to get out. So we quickly finished the drinks and left.

Very few restaurants were this disappointing. We wanted to try their beef steaks and salmon steak, which clearly was a mistake. The beef steak was so underseasoned and chewy that they seemed to be boiled rather than grilled. Cursing ourselves for our bad choices, we decided to try the salmon steak, and boy, were we stupid! If they did use salmon, they overcooked it so much that it tasted like Basic Ruhi fish, not to mention the half burned texture. The waiters were well-behaved but nothing above average. They took more than an hour to serve the salmon steak. At one point, we were gonna ask them to cancel the salmon steak, but then they said it would take only 5 minutes to serve the food. That 5 minutes stretched to another 20 minutes. A horrible experience indeed! Even the desserts are not as tasty as before. I believe since it's inside a mall and near a cinema hall, the branch remains always crowded. All in all, if I'm paying 2000+ on average per person, I'd expect a decent meal, let alone a fine one! This resturent is very dirty. Food not good . management is very disgusting. Dining always clean but food not clean. Food very disgusted. Rats run around on the kitchen floor. Hair, cockroaches, small stones and other dirty impurities remain in the food. The taste of the food is disgusting. The food on the sidewalk is even better. Coming here means throwing money away. Hope here means enjoying the dirty environment🥱. After all, I am saying that it will not be able to survive for long. Because their food, management, are not good. And here the behavior of all the people in charge of the restaurant including the waiters is dirty. Their minds and worlds are dirty and their work is a world of dirty quality.
