Mostly ordered online. They’ve improved from earlier stage. The place looks cool. Service is satisfactory. Neat and clean. Good place to hang out. As per the food, it varies. Someday it’s good, someday it’s not up to the mark. However, even though it’s not great but it’s good enough. I love their chicken meal (1pc chicken, 2 pc wings, 1 plastic bottle pepsi). Change the bottle Pepsi with their cup Pepsi. Their signature Pepsi is super tasty. Tried their classic burger. It’s tasteless. The service is great. Update: tried their chizza. Soft chicken with cheese and toppings such as capsicum and onions. Tastes good but onion flavor is dominant. And the cheese isn’t sufficient in Khulna branch.

khulna kfc is one of the best for fried chiken and burgers ....i loved specially their LIMO ZINGER FEST .. i tried all those 5 burgers and my opinion about that kasundi and tandoori burger was awesome !!!! Others 3 burgers was good in taste but not much than those 2 .......chicken is also excellent and juicy but that rice bowl was pretty much dissapointed me .....bad in taste and the pickle which was mixed with rice was not so good in taste ....i will rate that rice bowl pack 3/10 but burgers and chicken 9.5/10.......i tried many kfc outlet but these khulna outlet chickens are always next level ....keep improve kfc .....♡♡♡

Decoration was as expected. Staffs were friendly. Good ambiance. But the food was not up to the KFC standard we experienced in Panthapath, Cox Bazar or Dhanmandi. Chicken popcorns were delicious. But everything else was little low on salt. Wasn't the best experience because of the lack of salt. We got one drumstick a little late. That was the blandest. They probably didn't marinate that one prior. Just fried fresh leg piece without marination so the salt did not penetrate. I hope the tast improves like the standard KFC.

I recently visited KFC in Khulna, Bangladesh, and overall, the environment was pleasant. However, I had a disappointing experience with the food, especially for my child who can't tolerate chili powder. Despite ordering a classic zinger burger and chicken fry for my kid, assuring the staff that it should not be hot, the items seemed pre-made and were quickly warmed or refried.
