The Avenue Restaurant — Restaurant in Khulna Division

We attend the Buffet Dinner on valentine 2022, it was the worst buffet we ever experienced. There were 65+ menu's but we could hardly said that 5/6 items were good. We were just testing rubbish at a Three Star. They served huge amount of items, but they have to focus on the taste of foods also. Appetizer starter, main course, kababs, Fish & chicken steak from their live station all were tasteless. If it looks good, it is not good to eat. I am 100% sure that the cook himself doesn't taste those foods after cooking. Some desserts are good but they didn't give their signature desserts. Among all these tasteless foods, beef curry, fried rice, fried chicken, chicken cutlet were good. Above all there's service and presentation was satisfying...but they should focus more on the food tastes...

Located on 1st Floor of the Hotel Castle Salam, the Avenue Restaurant is one of the best place to have chinese and thai dishes in Khulna. The restaurant is capacious and not congested. The tables are placed required distances apart. I don’t know why we were not served the welcome drinks on our last visit while the other guests were served. This isn’t a great issue by the way. We were asked to change our table we initially chose to have our dinner at. The table was not reserved and some random guest, who came later, were not asked to change that table. I couldn’t figure out the reason behind it though. Apart from this, the waiter who attended us was quite helpful and well behaved. Nothing much to say about food; every items...

Visited there so many times . I and my wife ( gf at those days ) used to visit there at least once in a month . Sometimes twice or even thrice . There environment was superb . Service flawless. And in those days their pricing was also very good. We often found it cheaper than even below qualities restaurant s. But don't know why they increased the price too much . These days a decent dinner or lunch can cost u a lot . For this high pricing and as we left khulna now rarely we can visit there . But still it's very important to us as it has a special place in our heart . We share a lot of memories here. So whenever I am in khulna and get free I try...
