Kabab House Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajshahi Division

The place looked nice and clean. I ordered a Party Menu-2 of 520 Taka. The biryani tasted really good. The rest tasted fine. When I sat down, I received a welcome food of a green juice of something and some chips (I dunno what they're called, you can see the pictures). The food tasted overpriced here. When it comes to overpriced food, some would argue that the high price comes from the high quality service, which I did not receive here, unexpectedly. The waiter did come to give me a menu, welcome food and what I ordered. But after I chose what I was going to order, it took quite some time to get the waiters' attention afterwards because they didn't come near my table except to give me the receipt & food. That was weird and unexpected, never experienced this in any pricey restaurant before. This would be annoying for anyone who doesn't like to shout for the waiter. Felt like I was invisible or something 👁️👁️

Wave at them? They rarely looked in my direction, how were they going to see me waving if they didn't even look at me? This was really, really annoying. Not just this. They also forgot to serve the Firni (which was included in the set menu) after I was done with the rest. I had to ask them myself to bring it. Yes, I had to ask them to bring what I ordered because they forgot to serve it. You read that right.

সম্প্রতি আমি Kabab House-এ গিয়েছিলাম পরিবারের সঙ্গে। ওখানে একটি ছোট্ট প্লেগ্রাউন্ড রয়েছে যেখানে ছোটরা খেলাধুলা করতে পারে। ছোটদের দেখাশোনার জন্য একটি মহিলা নিয়োজিত আছেন, যা শুনে প্রথমে ভালো লেগেছিল। কিন্তু দুঃখজনকভাবে, ওই মহিলার আচরণ এতটাই খারাপ ছিল যে পুরো অভিজ্ঞতাটাই নেতিবাচক হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।

আমার ছোট ছেলেটির সঙ্গে তিনি অত্যন্ত রূঢ় ও অপমানজনক আচরণ করেন। আমি নিজ চোখে দেখেছি তিনি কিভাবে মুখ কালো করে রাগী গলায় বলেন, “এই দিক দিয়ে যাও!” এমন ব্যবহার কোনো শিশুর সঙ্গেই গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়, আর তিনি যেহেতু দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত একজন, তার কাছ থেকে এমন আচরণ একেবারেই আশা করা যায় না।

আমি সরাসরি গিয়ে তাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করি, “আপনি আমার ছেলেকে এভাবে কেন কথা বললেন?” তিনি নির্বিকারভাবে বলেন, “আমি কিছু বলিনি তো!” অথচ আমি নিজে তার বলা কথা ও মুখভঙ্গি দেখে এসেছি। একজন দায়িত্বশীল মানুষ হিসেবে তার ভদ্রতা ও সহানুভূতির সঙ্গে আচরণ করা উচিত ছিল। তাকে এই দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয়েছে শিশুদের দেখাশোনার জন্য – হাসিমুখে ও ভালোবাসা দিয়ে। কিন্তু তিনি সে বিশ্বাসের মর্যাদা দেননি।

আর খাবারের কথা যদি বলি, সেটাও খুব একটা ভালো ছিল না। স্বাদ ছিল একেবারে গড়পড়তা। ‘Kabab House’ নাম হলেও খাবারে সেই বিশেষ স্বাদ বা মান কিছুই পাওয়া যায়নি।

সার্বিকভাবে, আমার অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল খুবই হতাশাজনক – রূঢ় আচরণ, দায়িত্বজ্ঞানহীনতা এবং গড়পড়তা খাবার সব মিলিয়ে Kabab House-এ আর কখনো যাওয়ার আগ্রহ নেই। আশা করি কর্তৃপক্ষ এসব বিষয়ে দৃষ্টি দেবেন এবং ভবিষ্যতে পরিবার ও শিশুদের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ, সদয় পরিবেশ...

Place and sitting arrangement is very convenient and cozy.

Based on taste and place as a restaurant it is my first choice in Rajshahi...
