We had a wonderful dinner at Cicily Chinese Restaurant during the Eid vacation, invited by our brother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the calm and elegant environment. The ambiance is perfect for both family dinners and small celebrations—clean, spacious, and welcoming.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including beef sizzling, fried rice, special Thai soup & wonton, Chinese vegetables, chicken fry, and Vetki fish. Each dish had its own distinct flavor and was served hot and fresh.

The fried rice was especially delicious—perfectly cooked with a balanced taste, without any overpowering sauces or artificial flavors. The Thai soup and wonton were flavorful and warming, a great way to start the meal. The beef sizzling was rich, tender, and served with a delightful aroma. The Vetki fish was a highlight—soft, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection, making it a favorite at our table.

The only slight downside was the chicken fry—while tasty, the portion size was a bit small compared to the rest. Still, it didn’t spoil the overall experience.

The service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and professional.

I think this is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Rangpur.We had difficulties to find their location when we first went.It's located in beside City Corporation Rangpur,Raja Rammohan Market.Since its a old market there is no lift, you have to use old stair case to go there.The waiter told me this restaurant was established in 1998.That means they are serving for more than 27 years.It's absolutely amazing.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the calm and elegant environment. The ambiance is perfect.But lighting was few.Atmosphere was calm although.

The fried rice was especially delicious—perfectly cooked with a balanced taste, without any overpowering sauces or artificial flavors. One of the best Fried Rice I have ever tried. The wanton were flavorful and warming, a great way to start the meal. The beef masala was rich, tender, and served with a delightful aroma.Fried Chicken were also crispy.
