Axxes Café Restaurant — Restaurant in Antwerp

Its the 2nd time to dine here, thought ill give it another chance since is in a very good location... the rib-eye i ordered was over and i ordered it almost raw. This time... ordered dry wine... the glass was broken. Wow, serving a broken glass... what about safety? How could a bartender allow such thing... and the waiter... still brought it... though we asked for them to change it. The bruschetta were disappointing! Soft loafs of bread with cheery tomatoes, cut in half with no flavor, no olive oil... it was unbelievable. And the prices r very high for dishes like that.

Even the service seems quite odd... when we asked to sit upstairs, they were all sceptic, looking confused and talking in Flemish. Then they let us to stand there for about 3mins. To chose another table... After we sat, the waitress came and took our menus... and asked , if you wanna sit upstairs but the seats close to the windows are reserved... LOL... i mean whats that?!

Professionalism 0, quality poor... better chose the pita place next to it... This is...

I couldn't be more surprised, and this in a pleasant way!!! I come to the kinepolis complex already for many years, came to drink in this place with friends many times after movies, but due to old habits and because it is located not on the side from where I usually enter, never tried their food. Wow.... the best nachos and fajitas that I ever tasted!!! And so close to where I live! Amazing. I was there with a business partner and we both came here the first time and really really enjoyed! What was more, when we asked the waiter reassured is that the food will arrive on time and we would be able to finish the dish on time before our movie would start. He was right... And my goodness, the meat tasted great. Chicken with beef tenderloin tips, both marinated in a wonderful way and super tender.. the beef literally melted in my tongue, so good. I asked the waiter for the secret of their marinade... I'll hope he will give me some hints next time when I'll go back. Best make a reservation here as it can...

I regret coming to this disgraceful place. I wonder if you have a shortage of bread in your restaurant ? Three of us came, we ordered Fajitas, we came here to eat and to receive service. We asked for bread three times, and you brought it after counting, giving only two slices per person. There's something called shame! You're humiliating us with our money! If you can't handle it, close down and leave, don't make people unhappy. Moreover, your waiters serve drinks to the table very rudely, banging them down. Is this a barn? We just came to eat. Show a...
