I was there yesterday for the first time.... and the last. I ordered a whiskey sour, but the bartender didn't make an effort to shake the cocktail properly, after 4 shaker moves he poured the cocktail into a glass, it didn't resemble a whiskey sour at all, instead of foam there were only a few baubles and they served it with a straw 🤨 when I politely pointed out to the waitress that in my opinion the cocktail could be made better, she asked me cheekily if I wanted to make it myself with a sneer. When I pointed out to her that the comment was very unprofessional and that she should keep it to herself she got into an argument with me. When I asked for the manager or other person in charge she told me that he was not present. I would also like to point out that the same waitress rushed me and my friends to order. The bartender poured the cocktail into the shaker again and made a maximum of 4 movements, so he did not even try to fix the quality, perhaps because he was hungry, which could be seen from the fact that he hurriedly returned to his meal, which he ate in full view of the customers. A very disappointing experience after an enjoyable experience at the cinema, especially as at first glance the premises seem very elegant. However, this is of no consequence if the staff are unable to treat the customer with respect and at least express a willingness to rectify a mistake. Wij zijn hier met zijn drie'en gezellig gaan eten op 29 juli 2018. De keet was veel te gekoeld door de airco, dit hebben we helaas te laat opgemerkt.

De sanitaire voorzieningen lieten helaas meteen afweten. 1 van de urinoirs lag ondanks automatische detectie nog vol met urine en de spinnen en vliegen hadden de vrije loop.

Als eten had ik een simple burger gevraagd. De rundskop. Zo een burger waar je weinig fout mee kan doen. Helaas, was de burger zelf flets en recht uit het supermarkt-schap. De groentjes kwamen net uit een zakje dat te lang in de diepvries had gelegen en het broodje, dat was zo flets dat je handen vol water hingen en het dus uit je handen viel. Jammer genoeg kreeg ik bij de burger een normaal mes waardoor snijden een ware strijd der titanen was. De frietjes die we bij dit gerecht kregen moesten blijkbaar verdeeld worden onder mij en mijn partner, dit kwamen we te weten nadat we vroegen waar de frietjes van mijn partner bleven. Communicatie is de sleutel maar in deze zaak stak deze duidelijk nog op de kassa.

De kip die mijn partner bestelde was jammer genoeg wat droog. Een spijtige zaak. De penne van de derde partij ging dan weer vlot binnen en viel niets op aan te merken.

Het personeel wandelt wat af en moet duidelijk hun 10000 stappen halen. Een keer vragen of het eten smaakt gebeurd enkel bij het afrekenen. Met de glimlach natuurlijk.

Gelukkig biedt Kinepolis een waaier aan andere lekkere gelegenheden en zien ze ons hier...
