👍🏻😋Absolutely loved my experience at II Carro! I had the Salsiccia e Broccoli pizza, and it was a game-changer. The blend of Fior di Latte with organic sausage and broccoli, sprinkled with fresh rosemary, oregano, and a drizzle of olive oil, was just divine. The flavors were so well-balanced and authentic; it felt like each bite was a little trip to Italy.

Then there was the Marinara - oh, what a delight! The organic tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, with a perfect hint of garlic-infused oil, oregano, and basil adding layers of taste that were both refreshing and comforting. 🍕🍕🍕

And the beer? Just what you need to round off the meal. It’s incredibly refreshing and pairs so beautifully with the pizzas, making you feel as if you’re dining in a cozy Italian trattoria.

Great little gem to find and great food!

It's relatively small and has limited seating so I would recommend reserving a table. Although I was a walk-in and they could accommodate me, several other people after me (not for lack of trying) could not be.

The menu is spot on in terms of size and variation. I ordered the amazing charcuterie board, a delicious pizza and a piece of pie for dessert. All of these were nothing short of delicious and everything freshly prepared right in front of you by the two lovely Italian owners who run the place.

Pizzas had an amazin thin crust with all-fresh ingredients. Absolutely gorgeous.

Service was as excellent as the food and I could not recommend this restaurant more.

Just walked into this spot one day when specifically looking for pizza. I already know a few pizza spots in the vicinity but I must say Il Caro really struck a nerve: A pretty limited selection, but all very well done and even somewhat original for a pizza. I especially liked the potato-sauce one, it was a lot tastier than how I describe it here. The owners are a cute couple who help you out with a smile (and preferably in Italian if you can!).
