Ero lì con mio padre the tiramisu should not be dripping, way too moist and liquidy. someone who has no clue what they're doing had made the tiramisu, the coffee is awful. typical german/austria dirty water. not espresso. the pizza is acceptable at best. Je commande une pizza aux champignons et au jambon (12,70€) ainsi qu'une pizza Nutella (6,50€). On me dit que ça sera livré dans 50mins. J'attends 1h15. J'ai non seulement aucuns champignons sur ma pizza, la Nutella n'est pas garni et on me fait payer 20,70€ au lieu de 19,20€. J'appelle pour dire que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé, on me répond "ah oui ben il a oublié les champignons". Aucunes excuses, rien. Le livreur revient avec une pizza "conforme" à la description et me demande l'autre en échange (que j'ai mangé ayant déjà trop attendu), il ne veut ni me l'offrir ni me rembourser. Il a uniquement fini par me donner les 1,50€ que j'ai payé en trop en me disant qu'il ne fallait pas se fier au site internet car il a été piraté. Alors déjà cher monsieur lorsque l'on est professionnel on annonce ce désagrément au téléphone et on annonce également la somme totale à payer. On offre également quelque chose lorsque l'on fait une erreur sur la commande. D'autant plus que l'autre pizza (au Nutella) n'est guère plus apaitissante, n'étant pas bien garni.

Je ne recommanderai plus chez vous et je ne manquerai pas d'en informer...
