this burger king looks like a burger king in a zombie apocalyps. the beverage machine looks like they put it behind a car and went driving for een hour, there was no fizz in my coke. they forgot the fries from my menu, the girl behind the counter called it was ready and when I was there she already turned her back to me. the ice cream machine was broken (or they were cleaning it in the middle of a shift), the door to the backside of the parking wasnt open, so I had to walk around the building to my car, with my "warm" food, on a cold windy day. when I arrived at home 10 minutes later I had my ice cream, burger taste.... The fact that they have so many true veg options (no eggs, no meat, no fish and all cooked/fried separately) is a huge win in itself!
I truly appreciate BG for that and hold them as an example for the other fast food chains (looking at you McDonald's)!
Having said that, after we looked at our burgers, it felt like they wanted to just get over with them. They were not well cooked. They were almost all the same taste and they were not put together properly.
This is not what I remember from BG Spain for example.

The servers are poorly organized and seem to have comprehension issues because in the orders placed by me and my friends, several errors occurred such as menu mistakes and price discrepancies. One of the servers understood nothing; he scammed two of my friends out of €15 without any shame. I'm shocked; it was probably the most dishonest and most disgusting Burger King I've ever seen.
