I’ve been a regular customer at the Burger King in Bilzen, but unfortunately, my recent experience left much to be desired. The quality of service has noticeably declined, and it seems food preparation standards have slipped as well. Orders are quick but the food doesn’t have the fresh taste and presentation it once had.

What really stood out, though, was the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. The dining area felt untidy, and the state of the toilets was quite disappointing — far from the cleanliness one would expect. It’s unfortunate to see these changes, as this location used to be a reliable spot for a quick and enjoyable meal. I hope they address these issues soon.

Well, it's a Burger King, what can be said about it? Funny that when it was a Quick Restaurant before, it was always empty, whilst the MacDonald next door was always packed. Now it's the other way round. Also, it's strange how the BK in Hognul is a dirty rubbish tip, whilst the one in Bolden is...

Visited Burger King Bilzen on the evening of Monday 14th September. I ordered 2 burgers from the self-service screen inside. Whilst I waited for my order to be made I made a trip to the toilets. What awaited me was disgusting especially in these times of SARS-CoV-2. There were used hand paper towels sitting on the wash-hand basin, the mirror was smeared with something I have no clue what it was and the rubbish bin was overflowing. Net gegeten en helaas geen goede ervaring gehad.

Er zat 1 haar tussen de friet met bacon en cheese ook waren de frieten koud. Dochter kreeg een speeltje voor jongens in de happy meal en het verkeerde ijsje aangeboden. De bodem van de ultimate bacon was vochtig nat en plakkerig net als de lousiana burger. Het ergste waren de deserts 2 besteld 1x nutella 1x cookie dough het was te eten. Al voorbereid en in de koeling gezet het was gewoon een bak roomijs met wat nutella op gedonders wat smaakte naar de koeling zelf.

Het was verschrikkelijk ik kom hier wekelijks langs maar voor mij geen burger king meer.

Ook was er een medewerker wat het eten rondbracht wat ontzettend naar zweet stonk. Het walmde gewoon de hele tent stond naar zweet. Vieste was nog dat hij na de tafels poetsen zonder handschoenen. De ijshoortjes ging draaien van de kinderen zonder handen te wassen of handschoenen te gebruiken.

5x loopt personeel langs de overvolle prullenbak maar er werd niks geleegd

We hebben al het ijs kunnen weggooien enigste wat oke was dat is de geur buiten als je de burger king binnen loopt van grilled beef helaas proef je dit ook niet terug bij de burgers.

Deze eetgelegenheid is sterk achteruit gegaan en is de naam burger king niet...
