KFC - Bilzen — Restaurant in Bilzen

The new KFC at Hamburger Hill in Bilzen, close to the Motorway Exit is now open. I don’t have to say anything about the food, as it’s a KFC and you should know what to expect when you go there.

However, I would really like to know the name of the clown who pretended to be the architect, designing the access road to this KFC.

This architect should be hunted down, flogged, tarred & feathered and then his head should be impaled on a pike at the entrance he designed.

Whoever designed the entrance road has never driven a vehicle other than a kiddie bicycle in his live. The access road to this KFC, located at the apex of a left-hand curve in the access road to a DATS24 Petrol station and a AUTO5 Garage, is so steep and so small, that the ingoing traffic blocks the exit of the outgoing traffic. In addition, the traffic cueing to get to the Drive-through, on account of the excessive serving times usual for a KFC, blocks not only the entrance and exit of the KFC parking area, but also the access-road to the adjacent DATS24 Petrol Station.

The resulting waiting times to just access the car parking facilities of the KFC in Bilzen, lead to unnecessary frustrations, that could easily have been avoided, if said architect would have done his job right. It just shows how much damage can be caused by the blatend incompetence...

Nu maar 5 stukken kip ipv 6 voor zelfde prijs , en geen natte zakdoekjes meer , maar besparen op kap van de klant , sorry, wij zijn niet tevreden .Managers lopen er als zombies rond, willen niet praten, zijn niet vriendelijk, schreeuwen nog wat na op ons als klanten , als ze wat vergeten zijn in de bestelling , zijn blijkbaar niet gemotiveerd !!! Wanneer komen hier eens bekwame ,beleefde en fatsoenlijke managers , met een elementaire opvoeding ??? Het draait er zo vierkantig als wat . Ook als je hun wat vraagd doen ze net of ze je niet horen of dat ze het niet begrijpen, dit noem ik “ lui en onbeleefd zijn “ !!! Er komt geen bestellinsbon uit de kiosk , of veel te laat, heb dit dikwijls gemeld, maar dit wordt steeds weggelachen !!! De originals zijn er nog dikwijls rauw en rood, walgelijk, en goed om er ziek van te worden , jawadde !!! Altijd wat vergeten bij de bestelling, geen papiertje rond de rietjes en het softijs, dit is niet hygiënisch !!! Na één jaar zijn deze problemen nog steeds niet opgelost, KFC doet hier niets aan , ook krijg ik nooit antwoord terug van KFC , ze moeten er nog heeeeel veel leren ,we willen lekker gaan eten, en niet stressen, klanten worden het beu . The door was already closed when we came 30 Minutes before closing time. The guy on the back door claimed that they are closed for dine-in but I called their phone number and they let us in. Order came in fast. Won't order a salad though again as it is so few chicken and most of it is just greens for an almost 6 Euro price. Fried Chickens are still a winner though portion...
