Don't eat the American pancakes!!! They look delicious but are served reheated from the microwave, making them hard as bricks!!!! When mentioned absolutely no restitutions were made because the kids "should have said something sooner" (poor things were trying to be polite...). I had the pleasure of eating breakfast here two days in a row. It is one of the few places in the city doing a proper breakfast. I had the sweet french toast which is out of sight. I also had a taste of the pancakes which were also delicious. They have outdoor and indoor seating and it is a popular place. On our last visit, every table was full. The restaurant has inside and outside seating with great breakfast options served until 12pm. They serve coffee with oat milk, which is always a bonus point in my books. Coffee presentation good, but taste, 3 out of 5. Food presentation good, taste 5 out of 5.

It is a pity that people are allowed to smoke in the outside area. Customer service is not 100%.

Overall, this is probably the best breakfast spot (without being a pub) you will get in Blankenberg with a view of people playing...
