Seasons — Restaurant in Blankenberge

BEST in Blankenberge! Consistently great food, consistent great service. This was my second meal at Seasons in the space of a year. Dirk and his wife provide consistently great service to complement the fantastic food. I decided to try the soup, and it was sublime. Perfectly seasoned, light and rich at the same time. This time for my main, I had the pheasant (it probably won't be on the menu when YOU go, as the menu is updated according to what's available on the market), and it was done to perfection. My little one had the curry tiger shrimp (as he did last time - it's on the permanent menu), and it was perfect, just like last time.

Was there with two friends. We ordered the prawns, the zeetong and a ribeye as well as one entree soup for one. Food took an hour from sitting down to arrive - in total we sat for almost two. There was a nice extra entree on the house - bread, pate and a small cup of pea soup. It's definitely a restaurant on the more expensive side, with some fancier dishes - but also in some ways not fancy enough. Hands down the best meal we had in Belgium! Hostess was warm and friendly, and so very thoughtful. She had the chef split the tiger prawns into two plates when she learned that our two boys will be sharing it. Food was top notch, beautifully presented, and ingredients absolutely the freshest!
