[Owner Response] Response from the owner Yes we serve people! You asked 2 times if we had menus. Our crew told you 2 times that we don't have menus but all items available where shown in front of you. Everyday's lunch, more than 100+ are friendly served at Soupissime.
[My 2nd Response] We asked twice indeed, because the worker didn't answer the first time. They mentioned indeed that it was all the items in front of us - but then the soup pots were covered - so we asked for that if it is available, as we couldn't really tell if there is anything ready or not, and technically speaking, soup pots were there in front of us. Congrats on the 100+ friendly daily reviews and customers - but with the current attitude don't expect to keep them for long.
TIP: I know a thing or two about Customer service - if you have a customer, you should stay with them to answer their questions instead of angrily answering the questions and going to the back to continue what you were doing - I know you guys were busy doing other things - but I believe what you were doing in the back of the kitchen could've waited a minute or two until...

Avec les collègues nous nous somme diriger ver le bar soupe soupissime ds le Décathlon mes collègues sont des habituées et fidèles , je vous dis de suite en un mot : j'adhère aussi! Excellente soupe un vrai minestrone fait maison , la serveuse m a fait gouter afin que je puisse choisir à mon aise, 😊😊😊mes collègues on pris une petite soupe au choix je choisirai un wrap aussi prochaine fois vite!
