Nous avons découvert La Malterie à Chimay sur les recommandations d’une amie, et ce fut une très belle expérience. En apéritif, j’ai eu le plaisir de déguster un gin “Lou”, soigneusement choisi par la patronne, tandis que mon compagnon a opté pour une Chimay bien servie.

Côté plats, j’ai savouré des ris de veau cuits à la perfection, fondants et délicatement préparés. Mon compagnon, quant à lui, a choisi une entrecôte de bœuf irlandaise accompagnée d’une sauce aux champignons : une cuisson juste, une viande de qualité et une sauce savoureuse.
