My recent visit to Fasika Restaurant in Brussels was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say it's a culinary experience not to be missed. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of spices promised something special, and Fasika delivered in spades.

The food was, quite simply, delicious. I indulged in a variety of dishes, each bursting with authentic Ethiopian flavors. The injera was perfectly spongy, and the stews – from the rich and savory beef wot to the vibrant and flavorful shiro – were expertly prepared. Every bite transported me back to the heart of Ethiopia, a testament to the kitchen's dedication to genuine culinary traditions. It’s clear that a lot of care and passion goes into every plate.

Beyond the incredible food, the service at Fasika Restaurant was truly top-class. The server (Beti) was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, happy to guide me through the menu and offer recommendations. The staff created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home throughout my meal. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of exquisite food and impeccable service, but Fasika manages it effortlessly.

Honestly, my only regret is that Fasika Restaurant isn't closer to home! With such delicious, authentic food and truly exceptional service, I wholeheartedly believe that Fasika Restaurant should consider opening a location in the USA. There's a thriving and vibrant Habesha community across America who would undoubtedly flock to enjoy such an authentic and high-quality Ethiopian dining experience. I, for one, would be a regular!
