Your AVERAGE bakery. You can find the EXACT same products in Delhaize and other very cheap markets and the quality will be EXACTLY THE SAME. I don't even think that they prepare the products by themselves. It's probably fabricated, premade stuff that gets delivered to them and they just bake it and sell it. So this could be the reason why their products are not different by any means, compared to other bakeries and markets.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean that the quality of the products is bad. That is not the case. The (volkoren) bread that I tried was okay. I mean it's the same stuff you would get in Vewo, let's say. The same applies to the croissants. You can't really see the layers and it is just bread like consistency. It's far from being a croissant that you would get in France but it's edible. The eclairs we're okay and that is it.

This place has nothing to offer that sperates himself from the competition. They take an average product and sell it in a place that looks good. And if it looks good it will...
